So I'm adding a goal to my list of goals for June. I want to start a streak of days that I go without binge eating. I don't binge in the sense that I get loads of junk food and just stuff myself. I binge in the sense that "there is such a thing as too much much of a good thing". I overeat, even healthy foods sometimes. When I decide it's okay to treat myself, I also overeat that. So now I'm going to make a conscious effort to not overeat/binge.
Not too much else going on today. Going to do some weight training (since I have a spine injury and can't do much else). I might take a walk as well. I found online that it said yoga was okay for this injury, so I may do that as well. I would try my Zumba dvd, but there is a lot of jumping involved and I know I'll regret it. lol. I need to get in workouts any way I can.
My water drinking efforts of drinking 4+cups a day have been pretty successful.
I've been watching Extreme Weight Loss with Chris Powell as the trainer. It's a really great show. Very inspirational. I wish I had time to workout for hours a day like them. Even if I can't, it's still motivational to watch people achieving their goals.
