Three Things I'm grateful today:
1) The hotel I stayed at last night had a pretty and safe area next to it so I got my two miles in first thing this morning.
2) I drank water all day. Traveling this week, I've not been getting my water. Hate this dehydrated feeling after having been on top of my water intake for the last few months.
3) I choose a healthy-ish lunch.
What I will do better tomorrow:
1) No Candy!
2) No afternoon fast food french fry snack! Thankfully they were too cold and icky to eat. Stop by the store and pick up turkey and cheese or an apple and peanut butter for tomorrow's drive.
