I've been a member of the SparkPeople Community for 49 days. Over that time I have learned how to track my food, to motivate myself to exercise before going to work (even if I'm not a morning person), to drink at least 8 glasses of water, and to eat more vegetables. I have learned that I'm more likely to exercise than give up a tasty treat (big surprise for me). I have learned that my body loses weight at a snail's pace and that is just luck of the draw. I have learned that losing inches is satisfying.
Most importantly, I have learned that I can do it and stick with it -- even forever.
