emoticon This morning we had a nice surprise. We had given some of our rhubarb to an amish couple last week and here they came this morning with 2 pies and some jam!

They are a very nice young couple with an adorable 6 month old son. As soon as they left my husband and I both had to sample the pie!
All I can say is YUM! emoticon

I still tracked my food for the day and I didn't go over my allotted calories UNTIL I ate that 2nd. piece of pie after dinner! Oops!

I did my 10,000 steps and I worked out on the elliptical trainer fo r 5 minutes. I am trying to work up to 10 minutes on it. I also did some strength & toning exercises for my arms so it wasn't a total wash! emoticon Tomorrow is another day to start fresh so I will just have to get back in the game!

Hope you all did a little better than I did today. emoticon

    How sweet and caring to give your rhubard away! Next time look at the pies as you chew on the raw rhubarb. I love it raw or dipped in a little salt. You never know what your weight will do when you over eat. I have been very surprised! Good luck!
