House Show

Tonight we have a 2 guy band staying here. They are doing a "house show" now outside around the fire pit.

This afternoon I walked on the treadmill for half hour, then did a couple of SP strength videos.

It is late so I am heading to bed. Good night.

3. Plan meals 6/3, 6/4, 6/5, 6/6
