I have a serious addiction to soda pop. After tracking my nutrition today, I realized that I drank almost half of my calories. While I did not go over my calorie allotment today, I was under my protein goal. My sweetheart was thinking of me today and bought me a large McD soda and I was able to pass it up. It will take awhile but I want to eventually get down to only a couple a week. Baby steps
