My bkfst was uneventful. I was going to have some coconut milk yogurt and a scoop of peanut butter and a nectarine, but I just wasn't hungry.
For lunch I had a Lean1 strawberry smoothie with raspberry ketones added...
I KNOW, I KNOW, I KNOW!!!! There are so many things wrong with this habit I've adopted. I got into it last Summer also. Why does it have to be so good?!!! I can make really good smoothies at home, don't get me wrong. But I swear, they put crack in these smoothies. I'm trying to cut down to only a couple smoothies from there per week. Because they're expensive. And I just don't trust that they don't put something in it that I'm unaware of.
Ok, here was my glorious dinner...
Salmon poke served over Ezekiel bread with chopped, raw peppers and onion and Texas heirlooms
with okra (spicy-seasoned without sodium)
And of course, my favorite snack... pineapple and cherries!
