Fighting the history of leaping into terrible eating patterns after spraining my knee is apparently showing early favorable results! Passed the candy section; ignored the chocolate bars that bulge out upon you as you wait hours in the checkout line; and didn't order the sandwiches that the picture changing video hawk as you wait for the human to wake up and take your order. Exercise is building, slow movements but moving, and will head to the pool tomorrow. Mental awareness and dedication are the keys for me.
