Fit Test Week 1 - Cappy's Challenge

As a part of moving up in the Ranks for the Sassy Shamrock Sheriffs, our awesome cappy has issued a "Captain's Challenge" to go along with this weeks TNT. We are suppose to pick 3 of the activities from the fit test and post our results along with our fastest pace mile and a flexibility picture. I am going to post my results for all 5 of the activities though. So here are my results for the beginning of BLC22.
Crunches - 52
Squats - 41
Push-ups (Modified) - 8
Plank - 28 seconds
Wall Sit - 13 seconds
1 mile - 16:45
