Fit Test Week 1 - Cappy's Challenge

As a part of moving up in the Ranks for the Sassy Shamrock Sheriffs, our awesome cappy has issued a "Captain's Challenge" to go along with this weeks TNT. We are suppose to pick 3 of the activities from the fit test and post our results along with our fastest pace mile and a flexibility picture. I am going to post my results for all 5 of the activities though. So here are my results for the beginning of BLC22.

Crunches - 52

Squats - 41

Push-ups (Modified) - 8

Plank - 28 seconds

Wall Sit - 13 seconds

1 mile - 16:45

My apologies in advance on the pic. I know it is hideous but just another reason that I need to work harder.

* Note: You can't see her completely, but Lydia was doing it with me.

    You ROCK!! Just keep thinking what a healthy roll model you are becoming! If that doesn't keep you moving in the right direction, nothing will! Lydia is beautiful!

    Lydia is a doll!!! YEAH YOU! 52 crunches is fantastic!! You've really got a good baseline to build on.. it's gonna be a life changing 12 weeks!
