Here we are again. Right back where I was pretty much the same time last year...no, actually I was in better shape at this time last year.
All my pants are not fitting as nicely, the "girls" are a bit snug in many shirts. It's time to get my poop in a group and get things back on track. I'm really annoyed with myself.
My goals for BLC 22 are as follows
1) drink my water!! 70 oz of water minimum!! MINIMUM!!!
2) Continue with my Insanity workouts.
3)Get back on a running schedule and schedule a couple of 5ks
4) Stop snacking after 8pm. IF I must eat something it HAS to be a fruit or veggie a WHOLE, FRESH fruit or veggie!
5) If I have a slip up I will NOT beat myself up over it. I will dust the crumbs off my lap and move on.
I will be doing a 21 detox (hate that word) but it's a cleanse eating fresh foods, week one weans you off animal products, week 2 you are eating fresh veggie/fruits and very little carbs. Week 3 is strictly vegan. I did this program last year and felt WONDERFUL. Lost 9 pounds and several inches. But will be doing this program sometime in July??? Haven't fully decided when.
I want to continue with my strength training. I love my weights and will also add those in. probably on run days?? Not sure how to work all this together. I love Insanity and I'm currently in my 3rd round of it. I do miss my weights though, even though I'm week 2 in the current round I'm seeing changes already in my muscle definition.
I miss box jumps, I want a box for my jumps
I do jumps off the bottom step in the basement just not the same...okay that was random.
