I am frustrated. I am irrated with myself. I have finally made the plan to get back into a healthy eating routine. I went out and spent and extra 70 on food for the week that was healthy with the justification that it would be put to good use and it is good to invest in health. However i just binged. Ew... I am literally grossed out that i wasted my efforts I made this week. I just want to be back on track and feel confident about my choices and be in control of the food decisions I make. Ickkk. time to press restart....and all I want to do is eat a cookie:/

    Don't get all down on yourself! Learn from it, and move on. Just like anything else in life. Sure binge-ing is the last thing you want to do right now, but you can't take it back now. All you can do is think, and make a move to change that dirty little habit.

Believe me, been there done that. But hating on yourself will just make it worse. Tomorrow is a new day!

Enjoy the rest of your night, even jump around a little bit!
