I have been working steadily on the treadmill the last few months. I've lost about 20 pounds since the beginning of the year, and I can now jog for 2-3 minutes at a time with 2 minute stretchews of waling between. Also, my hip and knee pains have improved greatly. Hope I can keep up the momentum!
