Sooo.. I finally got off my butt yesterday and started using my rowing machine. It is a very nice Concept 2. Did about 15 minutes before I felt too tired. The day after I feel great though!!! Had a nice burst of energy. Will plan to titrate up to 20 minutes daily!
Cleaning out my fridge this afternoon and trying to stay away from the unholy trinity of McDonalds / Taco Bell / BK is the goal for this week!
