I am still here working on my weight. Some changes I have made:
*Joined Weight Watchers one week ago.
*Rejoined the gym a month ago. I have been going faithfully the last 2 weeks.
*Learning to love myself where I am at.
I have started taking a picture a day this summer. This is helping me accept myself as I am. I have always ran from pictures because I do not like seeing myself. I am embracing myself this summer by taking a picture each day to document my summer. As a teacher summers are always real hard for me but this summer I have another tactic. I am dedicated one day at a time.
This is me on June 3, 2013 at 250 pounds. This picture is taken at the high school I graduated from a long time ago. My daughter was picking up her transcripts.
