I'm kind of having a blah day. Working on the dissertation, it's kind of cloudy out, and I'm hungry. I'm not starving-hungry since I ate a filling lunch (yellow split peas and steamed kale, spinach and arugula, plus a yogurt bar), I'm more bored-hungry. This probably means I should go to the gym, or at least get away from the writing. Harump.

    emoticon Good for you identifying that your hunger isn't "real' and blogging about it rather than giving in. Even a quick walk (15 min) or a bubble bath! could take your mind off the thought of food. Have a glass of water or a cup of herbal tea to fill you up a little longer.
