DROP 5 POUNDS to get me into the 170s
In bed by midnight (This will be challenging. I'm a night owl hard core!)
more FREGGIES (Yep, I make this same goal every challenge and every challenge I fall off the wagon)
Interact better with the team. Considering I have a new Android phone its easier to get on Spark when I'm out and about. When I had my Blackberry my phone just didn't like Spark's page.
I'm not so much worried about the water and exercise. I need to focus on my tracking and food consumption.
