BLC22 Goals

BLC22 runs June 5th through August 28th. I have 12 weeks to lose 25lbs which is the goal is set for myself.

Each month i will set my monthly goals.

My June goals are to:
- walk/jog at least 80 miles...12.67 as of 6/5
- ST 4x a week
- Cardio 4x a week
- workout video (Bob Harper) 3x a week
- Stay within calorie range
- Drink my water

Here are my weight-loss goals for the BLC22:
269.4lbs...STARTING WI June 5th

.6/7/13 (-1.0)
264.6lbs...goal is July 9th
259.4lbs...goal is July 26th
254.4lbs...goal is August 12th
249.4lbs...goal is August 29th
