It's day one of BLC22 and PAWSE Wednesday. Part of my PAWSE challenge is to write a blog reflecting on the past week and setting goals for the upcoming week, both scale and non-scale.
I have been back on track for a couple of weeks leading up to BLC and the past week went fairly smooth. We had Miranda's birthday. Miranda is Josh's (my youngest) girlfriend. We celebrated with a cookie cake and I knew it was coming so I saved WW points and had a small piece of cookie cake. I didn't stress over it, I just planned for it. Hmmm, what a concept! ha
My Goals for the upcoming week:
My goals for next week will be to add in strength training on at least 2 days. I will start with a small goal when it comes to ST because I seriously dislike ST. Hopefully, by the end of BLC I will be in love with ST and look forward to it. I am also going to start the C25K program this week. I am ready to get back to running.
My scale goal is to lose 1.5 pounds. Again, keeping that goal small. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than disappointed.
