I'm super excited about beginning round 22 of the BLC. One of the things I've found immensely helpful to me in my journey recently is posting a weekly goal chart. Of course I have goals that I track on SP, but having some of them in my face daily has helped with my consistency. I don't post all of my goals, but for the ones I do, I strive to check off each one. I love seeing the whole week at-a-glance. I post these on the fridge to keep me honest and today I'm sharing with you. Here's an example of my goal chart. This one represents week 1 of BLC22. Sometimes you gotta get back to basics! I know it's a little blurry, but you get the point. I know what you're thinking. 'She didn't do too well meeting those goals yesterday'. Well some of them are set for 1 day or 3 days per week instead of daily. So
