Well I've been trying ver hard, but it seems I'm not eating enough - how can you lose weight by increasing what you eat??? Anyway, I have cut down my cigarettes by 2 a day so that's something I'm pleased with. I only have another 13 working days before I retire and must admit I'm looking forward to that. I have also orderd the Spark Diet book so will really get started with that, I'm too tired after work to sit and work out a meal plan for a week and would much rather some one else do it for me - I know idleness! So now I'm going to take my dog for a walk, I've already walked 1987 today so will aim for 2500 tomorrow.

    Yes, you can eat too few calories and your body will go into conservation mode and you will not lose weight. You may not be eating enough calories to lose weight. So you need to figure out the calorie range you should be eating and stick within it, even if it is at the lower end.

    Did you know you can find meal plans here on SP? The meal planning is done for you based on your needs (weight now, weight goal, activity level).
It actually IS possible to lose weight by increasing your intake, by changing your diet and eating habits AND exercising.
I am guilty of procrastination, but have recently re-committed to my eating & exercise plans. and, of course, my daily SP activities.. I try and earn more than 50 SP points a day using the SparkPoints page as a guide. I actually LOVE it!
