Well I've been trying ver hard, but it seems I'm not eating enough - how can you lose weight by increasing what you eat??? Anyway, I have cut down my cigarettes by 2 a day so that's something I'm pleased with. I only have another 13 working days before I retire and must admit I'm looking forward to that. I have also orderd the Spark Diet book so will really get started with that, I'm too tired after work to sit and work out a meal plan for a week and would much rather some one else do it for me - I know idleness! So now I'm going to take my dog for a walk, I've already walked 1987 today so will aim for 2500 tomorrow.
