My goal this month is to blog weekly. I don't really have a plan for what day, but I just want to keep myself accountable. I started out really strong this week, but had a struggle yesterday. I had leftover pizza for lunch and then baked cookies to take up to my daughter this weekend which proved to be way too tempting. I didn't eat a "real" dinner~just leftover pulled pork (no bun) and no veggies or anything. My stomach is not very happy with me today and I realize how much better I feel when I eat healthy. So, today is a new day and I am going to make better choices and track the entire day. I CAN do it!
Goals for today:
*J. Smith exercise video
*Clean downstairs bathroom
*Deposit at the bank
*Pack for road trip
*Get snacks ready for road trip
*Make annual Dr appt and mammogram appt
*Read 15 min
Heading up very soon to get the packing done. Snacks will have to wait until morning.
