Something is off

Thursday, June 06, 2013

I am getting my work done. I'm even very organized at work. I've finally got a system down. That's all going good.

But I'm so tired. I have not run in over a week. I'm not even sure I can. I'm not sick, but I'm completely drained. I'm tired. I haven't taken my visi for a week. I haven't tracked much of my food, or even weighed in all week either.

It's not that I don't want to make progress. This fog has taken hold of me and won't let go.

This cough of mine is still playing hide and seek. I will feel sick, and decide to go to the doctor. I am honestly worried about getting really sick from it. Then it goes away. I can't go into the doctor saying "well I was coughing a few days ago...".

The weather here has been different. It'll rain for days. I mean constant, wet, cold. Overcast. Can't really see anything. Then it gets wicked hot.

Okay, time to look at this logically. I haven't been drinking enough water. That in itself will shut my body down.

My eye lids are so itchy. They have been for days now. Allergies. That also might be why my cough won't go away. When it's nice here everyone is cutting their grass. I get it, but it sure get's hard to breathe.

We also bought two new plants when we were in Brandon last Saturday. They are both in the living room. I'm starting to wonder if having them in the house is a problem for me.

So far that's not enough water, and allergies. I can remedy both of those. I honestly think that's where I should start. Right now. I'll add my Visi back to my daily regiment also. It should help with mental clarity and energy.

I know there is so much more to work through also, but baby steps. I can't fix it all over night. I need to fix a few small things first. Then build on that.

So I'm off to take my Rensa, an antihistamine, and some water.

I just booked a dr appointment for next Tuesday morning. If nothing else, it will help to at least know what to watch out for to prevent myself from getting really sick. In the meantime, I'm going to do what I can to get back on track. Drinking my water today. Taking my Visi products And already took an antihistamine.

Bluerose - I am ordering you to go to the doctors right now! You call and make and appointment and no excuses!!!!!! You don't have to have a livid cough for the doctor not to know what is going on with your lungs.

The fact that you are tired all the time is reason enough to go to the doctor. Good for you for making the appointment!

I think you should go to the doctor anyway. Even if you are symptom free at the time of the appointment you can give a detailed description of what you've been dealing with. The doctor should be able to tell you what's going on based on the description and the fact that it is intermittent. It very well could be allergies, or it could be something else that would be easily treatable. You just can't go around coughing up a lung a couple days a week forever even the other days are ok.
