Do you ever get so busy during your day that you forget things? Post-it notes are a great way to remind us what we need to do & see our positive thoughts,or affirmations.
Put positive notes all around you. Write out positive messages and put them in places you'll find them--inside books, on your computer screen, in your wallet, in your pockets. Put them on your refrigerator or mirror.
