I have created a recipe that says
I CAN eat desserts because
they are delicious
they are chewy so I realize I'm satisfied before I start thinking I need to eat 10 more
they use NO sugar or artificial sweeteners
they are gluten free
they have healthy ingredients, all whole foods
they are easy
they have possibilities like bake them or don't
eat them with a homemade fruit "ice cream" or alone
substitute This or That
make them small or large: 32 delights or 16 wows!
Eat one or two
Eat as a main dish or as a dessert finish
But you definitely have an opportunity to eat something wonderful!!
