I totally LOVE
my sparky friends...every single one of them!
I'm ALWAYS learning something new and fascinating from them. Many times stuff that just makes me go HUH...never thought of that from that perspective before!
It educates me and keeps me sharp! It also warms my heart to read about their typical days and how they are rising to challenges both weight and health wise but also from certain boom~a~rangs that life seems to be good at zinging at us!
It reminds me that I don't hold the corner on the market on grief, or challenges, or frustrations or feeling it's sometimes you against the whole blasted world!
We support and bolster each other up and sometimes give each other a good 'talkin' to!

Hummm I don't know where the links are to find the videos or the links...maybe just google Wisebread? But isn't the list FAB? I do so many things that it suggests...maybe that's why lately I've been feeling so much better about our circumstances and our world.
But my FAV is #4 which also ties into #10 and #13...it's a THREE~FER!

That list is the BOMB...I'm printing it off and putting it into action! Thanks for the share. The hubs and I have a MOST fav thing in the whole wide world to do and that is when we go out to eat...pick a table of people we think look really interesting and worthy and secretly pay their food tab for them. It's the BEST to see the look of surprise and complete joy go over their faces...then have them scan the crowd to see if they can weed out the 'do~gooder'...we have to pinch ourselves to keep from looking suspicious.
Absolutely THE BEST...and I secretly try to get a glance at their food and pick out healthy eaters...they deserve to be rewarded! YAY!
P.S. There aren't many...
