1 container Fit & Active yogurt ( I use the flavored one's I also use the Greek yogurts)
1 cup of water ( NO milk )
1 banana sliced
1 cup of FROZEN fruit ( if I use blueberry yogurt use frozen blueberries , strawberry yogurt frozen strawberries,peach yogurt frozen peaches etc etc )
Place in blender & whirl away
Pour in a tall glass & if you wish sprinkle cinnamon on top!!!!
This is the most coldest refreshing drink
