I just did the 5 mile WATP Leslie Sansone fat burning DVD and I liked it a lot!
Till now, I did 4 mile Super Challenge, but now that I tried this one, I'm only doing the 5 mile.
It's a bit faster than other videos and it has more steps changing within one mile.
In the beginning of each mile, the pace is moderate and it gradually speeds up for every mile.
After each mile, there is a 2 min boost of jogging which really works up the sweat.
After the 5 mile walk, there is a brief slow pace walk and a stretch.
The steps are easy but the pace is brisk and it gives me an alternative to walking outside.
And, according to my SP calculator, I burned over 650 kcal! Yaaay!
I can even exercise while my baby girl is walking around me. She's trying to dance as well. I like that she can see me exercising and I hope she relates exercising to having fun and being a perfectly normal part of the day.
All in all, I like it and this will become one of my regular exercise videos.
