I got this message when I posted my weight this morning -
Congratulations on your weight loss! Note that your calorie needs may decrease as you lose weight. To give you control over your account, we do not automatically adjust your calories when you weigh-in. We recommend that you update your program every time you lose 10-15 pounds. Click here to visit your program page; ensure that your "current weight" on the page is accurate, then click "Save Your Changes" at the bottom to automatically recalculate your calorie and nutrient needs based on this information.
My calories range increased from 1,200 - 1,550 to 1250 - 1,250 - 1,600. I guess once a week I can go for an ice cream cone with my little buddy.
I have to share this little funny but very original idea that was posted in one of my groups. This Sparker wrote - Today's challenge is to do some strength training. I have a set of hand weights in my bathroom that I can pick up when I am in there. I do just 15 or 20 curls, and shoulder raises at a time. I have some pretty good muscles in my arms.
How is that for mulit-tasking? A+ for originality!
I am posting my weight 3 days early because I am flying home to attend a women's retreat, then returning to Las Vegas on Monday. I expect the food at the retreat will be appropriate. I should take some apples and oranges so I get enough fiber and filled up.
I weighed 203.2 pounds today and can see myself hitting 199.9 very soon!
