I have been meditating on the whole lifestyle change vs temporary diet thing.
My old pattern is to be very enthusiastic for 6 months or so, then to get frustrated since I still have a long way to go, and eventually give up and gain all the weight I lost back.
I am determined to NOT repeat this hurtful pattern. I am going to permanently change my habits. This is not some temporary fix, it will last the rest of my life. I am doing it, one day at a time, one step at a time.
