Recommitting and Ready to ROAR!

BLC22 starts today and I am using it as an opportunity to get my enthusiasm and commitment back! I have continued working out consistently since January, and have seen some success, but for the past couple months the weight has not been coming off. I know why. I haven't been tracking nutrition at all, and to be honest I haven't been making good choices some of the time. It stops NOW! Today I tracked everything. I also got under the seats of my car and cleaned out the trash that I stashed there because I didn't want anyone to see it! I threw away 2 McDonalds bags, 1 Burger King bag, a snack size Doritos bag, a Reese's Cup wrapper, and a Kit Kat wrapper. This is from over the course of 2 months, so it's not as horrible as it sounds, but the fact is that I was hiding what I was eating. That's a problem. I cleaned it out today, and it's not happening again.

My first official weigh-in of the challenge was 199.8. I've been hovering right around 200 for several weeks, but that stops NOW too! I'm tracking, I'm exercising, and the weight is going to go down. My goal is to stay in One-derland for the rest of the challenge! I'm leaving the plateau in the dust!

Other goals for the week - track EVERY day! Participate and give my all to every challenge my team offers! Run at least 10 miles!

I'll be back next Wednesday to reflect on how I did on these goals!

I also can workout without fail, and the nutrition trips me up. I try little goals every week and some work and some do not. We must emoticon emoticon

    Fantastic! You can do this! You will never see that ugly higher number again. This is your round to gain strength in your exercise, how you eat and over your emotions.
