BLC Day 1!

Well...........here goes nothing!! :-) I weighed in today at 228.8, which is lower than my ending weight at BLC21. So that is good news! I'm excited to be in the 220's, which I feel as though I haven't seen in ages! I gave myself a goal of 18 pounds over the next 12 weeks - which would be 7.5% of my body weight. I thought that would be reasonable for me to achieve.
I am taking the challenge of 300 fitness minutes this week. My life is finally slowing down to the point that I am going to be able to fit that in! Yay!
One of the things I am struggling with is the nutrition tracker. I'm logging food, and picking things out of the list that sound like what I ate, but the calories are WAY higher than what I'm actually eating. This is going to take some adjustment and a way to figure out how to get it in the accurately. The last two days it's putting me over 2,000 calories a day!!! I know that I did NOT eat that much a day! (I track on paper at home.) But, it's something I am going to work on. Maybe get some of my favorite foods logged in in total so I have it in there!
Anyway, it's off to a great start!! I'm rarin' to go!! :-) Progress is awesome because it just propels you forward! :-)
