Week One of BLC 22

It's the beginning of a new BLC challenge. This challenge is going to be a great one for me I hope. During tis challenge I am going to be able to focus on changing me. My husband has gone to North Dakota for the next five months and my boys are both out of school. This gives me a drive to lose weight so when my husband gets home he sees a healthy and fit wife. Not only do I have some physical areas I am going to work on, but some emotional areas to. For this challenge my goal is to make it to onederland. That means I have to lose at least 13 pounds. This week I will :
A.) Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
B.) Eat at least 4-6 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
C.) Walk for at least 20-30 min or more a day.
D.) Do at least 4 days of cardio this week.
E.) Track everything that I eat on spark trackers
F.) Post at least once a day in chat.
If I accomplish all of my points for this week I will treat myself to a relaxing hot bath and a good movie at home.
If I accomplish my goal during the whole BLC- I will get myself a new outfit.
