week one

My main focus this week is to keep up with the BLC fitness challenges. My son and DIL are coming to visit from NY- we will all be down south with my other son and DIL. In the past I have NOT had great success with exercise while down there visiting-too many distractions. One thing I will try is to get people or a person to take walks with me. It will be great bonding time as well as get me moving. Also I will have access to a new pool this trip so will try to indulge in that. So that's the plan!

    Awesome plan! Being away is hard, but enlisting someone to keep you active is the KEY! Think of us sitting on your shoulder...that shoud help keep you motivated to move!
