I have totally re-done my diet over the last month. I've lost 6 lbs the first two weeks and lost/gained nothing the third. Today is 80 days SMOKE FREE! I found an 8 week program to get me jogging again, I just hope I don't have too much back pain.

I have been taking green coffee extract before meals and it has worked when I use it. That third week I didn't use it as much.
I also eat one or two slimful bars with a lot of water daily. These work wonders and actually lower cholesterol and blood sugar.
