I am reluctant to write goals because I have not been successful with accomplishing my goals. It would be easy to just skip this step! I realize that whether I accomplish what I set out to do or not is really not the point of the goals. The goals are those just out of reach things that I will strive for in an effort to get to a point other than where I am. So with this in mind, here are my goals:
1. Track food daily
2. Drink water, 6-8 8 oz glasses daily
3. Exercise for 20 minutes 5X per week (broken into 2-10 minute sessions if necessary)
4. Plan a menu weekly and shop
I also need to spend time while on vacation eliminating clutter in the house I will spend 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week working on clutter.
The easiest of these goals is probably the water but even that is not a simple thing as I tend to put off getting the water until I finish this task or that... The result is not enough water consumed daily. While I am on vacation, I will keep a container (32 oz) filled and carried around with me. My back, hip, sciatica issues? I have allowed this to keep me from moving. It was a coincidence or not that the site posted the chair exercise summary on the start page. If that all I can do then that's what I'll do. I see the doctor on June 20th to review the MRI findings.
I need to keep my head out of the sand and focus on my actions.
