Woo hoo!!

Great day today!

Breakfast was a little late this morning (about 11am)--ran into some emergencies that needed taking care of as soon as I got to work. I usually eat breakfast about an hour after I get to work. I just can't eat in the early morning when I first wake up.

Late breakfast meant late snack (about 1pm).

I really wasn't hungry for lunch, so I decided to eat my other snack (watermelon) about 3pm--I got busy, too. I wanted to eat something before my softball game so I came prepared with a Nature Valley granola bar--the perfect pre-game snack/meal for me. I had that about 4:30.

My game was at 5:30--SOOOOO much fun!! We were winning at first! But then they creamed us lol. I think we all played really well and I think we actually surprised ourselves lol. I hit well and caught some good ones! I was a little nervous playing 3rd base but my team said I played really well! I can't wait till next week's game!

For dinner we got Subway. I got a 6 inch black forest ham with cheddar cheese, spinach, onions, green peppers, and light mayo (YUMMMM) plus some sunchips. My tracker says I have about 100 calories left to meet my minimum. I don't think that's right because I don't think I tracked my sub accurately. I'll probably have a chocolate square and call it a night.

Just wanted to share my awesome day with you all!

I hope you all are having a great week!

That does sound like a pretty good day to me. I especially liked the softball part, I used to play slow pitch softball in a few different leagues locally. I played first base and was pretty darn good until my shoulder decided to self destruct!

Keep up the good work and have a great weekend!

Even on days that I track very dilligently and measure portions I sometimes feel like "no I can't have that many calories left--I'm so full!"
Other days I'm wondering where all my calories went...
