Day 36 and 37

I lost another pound - for a total of 10 - but have not tracked it yet on spark - I am waiting for my weight in day - hoping for possible a total of 2!!

I have tracked my nutrition, water, sleep and exercise for both days.
yesterday I only took a 10 min walk - i needed to give my muscles a much needed break, they were screaming at me yesterday afternoon... not stretching enough - my goal is to do better stretching

Today my goal is 45 -60 mins - have 26 done! Plan to do a few more videos when I log out!

Eight hours of homework both days - working on my term paper on blending the many different therioes of Psychology. Challenging but interesting!



I am tired! Exhasuted really! We have a meeting tomorrow in regards to my dad's care - whether he is staying at the facility or coming home - my mother is a CONTROLLING person - who I am beginning to understand - but geez will she please take some meds now?! or seek some help! I no longer want to fight with her (quietly - I mind you to respect who she is) and on other issues (loudly and in your face) - because my dad has rights!

I cannot wait for my break from school and going on vacation!! We do not have internet where we are going - so I will break my spark streak of days logging in...but I need the REST.
