As some of you may know, I have had to go dairy-free since Elliott was born, as I am breastfeeding and he is sensitive to cow dairy. I have been ultra-sad about no ice cream this summer, but just tweaked out a dairy-free, guilt free milkshake recipe! At 154 calories, you have to try it!
1C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp or less unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Tsp (ish) vanilla
If you wanted to go even lower calorie, think like 50 cals, take out the frozen banana and just do ice cubes. But the banana helps your freggie count, fiber, and adds a little more creaminess!
