My Quito Sparkies and I have a healthful foods potluck where we share ideas for tasty, nutritious, and low calorie dishes every Wednesday. Today I made my penguins. The picture here shows them with cream cheese in the lower olive, but now I make them with yogurt cheese. There's so little of it that the slightly tart taste of the yogurt cheese is not noticible, it's less expensive, and it has fewer calories.
If you are having a party and you have children who are underfoot, set them to making these. They have fun, you get an amusing appetizer, and everyone is happy.
