First blog

Well this is the first ever blog that I have written. I'm so glad that my friend Jo told me about Sparkpeople. I'm really hoping that it can facilitate the change that is necessary in my life. I have started tracking my nutrition and how much water I drink in a day. My next step is to start a fitness routine and start tracking my workouts. I really like to workout but I find that I don't always stick to a routine. I plan to start small so that I can keep up with it. I think along with regular workouts I'm going to start walking more on a daily basis.



For the "Tame your sweet tooth challenge" I tend to crave sugary snacks when I'm really hungry and I have troubles limiting myself to 1 serving. I also sometimes getting cravings for something right before bed time.
