June Goals

My first month I want to lose 10 pounds it's gonna be a challenge but I know I can do it I need to start exercising I like exercising but I hate doing it around other people and living with four people its hard to get away but I'm not letting that stop me next week I'm joining a gym right next to work and plan on going everyday before work.

Goals : Lose 10 pound by July
Exercise once a day everyday
