I'm not sure what to make of yesterday. I "lost" my dinner. How does one track that? My son was cooking his dinner and was burning kale in a frying pan. The smell of it drove me out of my work area, and I "lost" my dinner right after that. I wasn't running a fever, so I don't think I was actually sick. There were a couple of other potential causes. The salad greens were a bit questionable even though there were still four days until the expiration date. I tossed those just in case. Also, I ate something new. I have yet to test to see if that might have been the problem. Anyway, I downed a bottle of pediatric electrolyte solution and a couple of those Nice! Gooey Butter Cakes from Walgreen's. (I was hungry, and I wanted something easy to digest.) I also had a cup of bouillon later at night because my sodium count for the day looked low. I'm still down 2.0# from yesterday.
