Last night I realized I must have eaten something that had something in it. I checked all the labels, no eggs. There is still something else in the food affecting my skin breakouts on my cheeks and around my chin area. I put vitamin e on it, and it helps, somewhat. Not really enough. I am so frustrated with it.
Augh! Need to be such a sleuth.
At least now that the eggs were found to be criminal in the case, my doctor was much more willing to accept my facial breakouts as the allergy and not merely rosacea. So, this is something I have been trying to uncover since spring 2011 when I had my first surgery. I really hope we can narrow this down soon.
So, I sit here trying to figure what to eat. for breakfast. as lunch approaches. You would think I would lose more weight, but it just isn't happening. I really think whatever else I am allergic to is key to this whole thing.
breakfast - dry cinnamon chex (gf) cereal and a cup of coffee.
