Last night I realized I must have eaten something that had something in it. I checked all the labels, no eggs. There is still something else in the food affecting my skin breakouts on my cheeks and around my chin area. I put vitamin e on it, and it helps, somewhat. Not really enough. I am so frustrated with it.

Augh! Need to be such a sleuth.
At least now that the eggs were found to be criminal in the case, my doctor was much more willing to accept my facial breakouts as the allergy and not merely rosacea. So, this is something I have been trying to uncover since spring 2011 when I had my first surgery. I really hope we can narrow this down soon.

So, I sit here trying to figure what to eat. for breakfast. as lunch approaches. You would think I would lose more weight, but it just isn't happening. I really think whatever else I am allergic to is key to this whole thing.

breakfast - dry cinnamon chex (gf) cereal and a cup of coffee.

    The more foods you eat with labels (ie: in a package), the more chances you will have to react to something in it. TRy eating whole foods rather than aNything processed...Maybe that will help. At any rate it will be much easier to trace what it is you are reacting to since you won't have a hundred ingredients to plow through.

    Sorry to hear you haven't quite found what it is that is causing the breakouts :( Are you keeping a journal of what you eat and any reactions?
    Maybe you could try more fruits and veggies and less processed stuff and see what happens. The more ingredients it has on the nutrition label, the more things you have a chance to react to..

    Sometimes stress slows down the weightloss. Try to focus on something else while you are in the sleuthing stage. I Pray God reveal and uncover what is doing this to your face if it's something you're eating or anything else with irritants in it. In Jesus Name! God KNOW what it is.     I didn't know it but did you know that there is a long list of foods that people should not eat if they have rosacea? To me it's a long list but worth checking in to. You probably already know it by now though.
