my abdomen was so sore this morning when I woke up at 6AM I took two Tylenol & that barely helped.

I still managed to complete day 2 of the 30 day shred a few hours later. I almost didn't do it, but then I thought about my companion and wanting to be healthier for him so I did it. A little sore and a little slower I completed every move. I feel great.

  Thanks everyone! I like the 30 day shred quick tough workouts. This is my second attempt with the videos. The last time I didn't lose any weight and very few inches, but I definitely felt stronger. So I am giving it another try and hoping to see results this time around. :)

What kind of results have you seen?

  Are you talking about the 30 shred by Jillian Michaels? It's a DVD correct? I have it to pick up at the library and will try it this week. I am just now getting back to exercising and am very out of shape. I hope that I can handle it.

    The 30 day shred really does kick you in the butt that's for sure! But stick with it, you'll be amazed by the results at the end!
