What can I say? I started the Shred on May 8th and would have been finished on June 8th. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I caught a nasty chest cold. My husband insisted I cease exercising for a day or so and reluctantly I did. Unfortunately after two days the cold wasn't gone and I didn't exercise for six days!
I started back on Wednesday May 29th and reaching my goals.
The only problem I have is taking off a day or two for sickness or whatever the reason may be. I guess my body didn't recover quick enough from the cold virus I had and when I felt better I had to really push myself to start exercising. This usually happens to me during the start of winter and I stop exercising all together. IF anyone else has this motivation problem, please let me know.
I'm a little low on iron right now and haven't exercised yet. Tonight I plan to do Taebo and the Shred, once I'm finished I'll post it here to my blog.
