Hi There ;)
The scale finally moved down!!!!
And keep the same tendency and I`m so happy and willing to go further :)
It is only Wednesday and I already burned all calories for this week but I`m not stopping. Will walk back home and spend another 200Kcal. I start to jump in to morning so 2-3 mins of jumping ........
Also today I`m on track and didn`t eat a lot of sweets. Hopefully my sweet tooth will not call later on today :)
Today I`ve passed KFC and didn`t even think of going in - wohoo :)
hopefully till the end of the month I can finally drop below 100kg ;)
Fingers crossed for me ;)
