WHAT YOU ALLOW ... IS WHAT WILL CONTINUE

I read an interesting article this morning on how clutter can affect weight loss or weight gain. I totally agree with that concept. When you get rid of the junk, the poison, and the things you really don’t need, you are better able to focus on what really matters and move forward.

That isn’t just the clutter in the room …it’s also the clutter in you.

We don’t need the poison of toxic feelings,
We don’t need to keep replaying bad memories over and over,
We don’t need self destructive behavior, negative attitudes, and bad habits.
We need to get rid of all that.
We need to change our paradigm and
we need to organize our lives towards being closer to where we need to be.

We certainly don’t need a bad diet…
we need to get rid of junk food, fad diet ideas, and quick fix fantasies…
and make room for a healthy lifestyle that will be with us for the long haul.

We need to shift thru the old ways we used before, that don’t work for us now…
and organize our efforts to make progress.

If you fill yourself (and your surroundings) with things that are toxic, unnecessary (unnecessary worry, unnecessary guilt, fear of the unknown),
and unused (old ideas that don't fit us any more)…......
then
you won’t be able to focus,
you won’t be able to maintain a positive attitude,
and you won’t be able to move forward.

create your environment for success
identify your real priorities and organize your life to fit your needs
