Today will be day 5....but, the program I have says I should be in week 2. It says I am only supposed to be running 3 days a week. To me that seems like no challenge at all. I have friends that run every day. Also, it isn't really "couch" because I was active before...just not running.
Anyway, today I am supposed to up the amount I run to 90 second intervals instead of 60 second. So, I will know after this run today if I am truly ready for this next step.
