Happy birthday to my mom today!
I'm down to 129 today & feeling great! My goal for today is to not eat after 7 pm, strength train & go to bed early. We are celebrating birthdays at work today. I'm bringing a green salad.

PS I got in 10 flights of stairs,12 miles, & 3 sets of upper body exercises. I'll sleep sound tonight!
