Tuesday - Herbalife24 Fit (Cardio)
I really had good intentions of getting a workout in but just didn't. No excuses because I had plenty of time throughout the day to do the workout.
I didn't track my food for the day, but I'm pretty sure that I was over my calories for the day.
I did get in my water for the day.
I got some good news at a doctor's appointment though. With what I weighed in at there, I was officially out of the obese range for BMI and in the overweight range. I don't even know the last time that I was just overweight and not obese!
Day 1 of 2 for the week for workouts!
